Shipping Information

Return or Exchanges

To place orders please e-mail product code and product description to sales@hyperautosports.com or call and speak to one of our representatives at 479-424-2477 (long distance call).  
Store hours:
Mon-Sun 9:00 - 7:00 CST

Please include shipping address if placing order via e-mail.  We ship through FedEx ground, shipping cost must be pre-paid before product is sent out.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Return for exchange or refund will be allowed only within 10 Calendar days from receipt of merchandise.
All authorized return merchandise must be unused and in it's original saleable packaging, All packaging, documentation, warranty cards, instructions and hardware MUST also be returned.
Your Invoice and/or Packing Slip must also be returned.
All returns must be sent Prepaid - no collect shipments will be accepted. Insure the returned parts for it's full value to protect yourself against loss with the carrier.  If you send something Freight Collect to Hyperautosports.com, it will be refused. If we did not refuse at the time of delivery, your credit card will be charge for the shipping charges based on which carrier and which service utilized.
No return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of having been installed, modified, or painted.
No return or exchange on Light Bulbs, Electrical Items or Special Order items.
No return or exchange on Wheels and Tires that were shipped mounted and balanced.
All Returns are subject to a 25% Re-stocking fee.
No refund on Shipping charges.
